From Ru (Bionaz) to the refuge of Crêtes sèches (2.398m) (www.rifugiocreteseches.it)

Departure from Ru. Fellow a wide path until the mountain pastures of Berrier. Continue in direction of the barriers of avalanches and go up until the refuge. Wonderful sight of the village and the Lexert Lake.

From refuge Crêtes Sèches to the top of the Mont Gelé (3.520m)

Departure early in the morning from the refuge and direction Bivacco Spataro. Fellow the path of the Plan de la Sabla. In the bottom, to make for the Mont Gelé pass and through a crest the glacier and the top of the Mont Gelé. You will appreciate the panoramic sight to Ollomont Valley and the Valais in Switzerland.

Crossing from Refuge Aosta (2.781m) to the refuge Nacamulli (2.830m)

Duration 2days/1 night refuge Aosta

This is a 2 days-trekking between Italy and Switzerland. From the dam of Place Moulin (2.000m) to the refuge of Prarayer and the refuge Aosta. Before the Refuge Aosta, there is an easy via ferrata. Night and lunch.
The second day is more difficult. After the breakfast, departure early in the morning from refuge Aosta to the Col de la Division (3.314m) than the Col di Valpelline (3.560m). Wonderful sight to the Cervino. We go to the Col of the Mont Brulé (3.232m) through the glacier Tsan de Tsan and than, in Switerland, to the glacier of Arolla and the Col Collon (3.100m) to arrive finally at the refuge Nacamulli (2.830m). After a break, we go down to pick up the cars through a easy via ferrata and fantastic mountains pastures.

The mountain equipment can be hire in loco. An alpine guide is recommended because of crossing glacier.
